The Honeywell MK3780 has the ability to aggressively scan 1D barcodes in any direction using 5 fields of 4 parallel lines with its laser scanner. As well as the Omni-directional scan capability the MK3780 incorporates the CodeGate button for single line scanning making this unit ideal for retail point of sale and menu reading.
