Description
This service is available across the UK and Ireland and is suited to mission critical Auto ID equipment.
- Call is logged at 10am (day 0) and an RMA is supplied for the unit to be returned to the workshop
- Unit arrives at workshop (day 1)
- Unit is assessed (day 1)
- Unit is fixed and shipped to site by day 3
The contract includes:-
- Guaranteed Fix Times at market leading performance levels
- Quality Repairs performed by Manufacturer trained engineers
- All inclusive Parts and Labour (excluding the supply and fitting of printheads)
- Unlimited Telephone Technical Support, customers can call and speak with an engineer at any time during the contract period for assistance
- Call Statistics are available on request to monitor service level performance
