Description
This service is available for remote areas of the UK and Ireland and is suited to mission critical Auto ID equipment.
- Call is logged at 10am (day 1)
- Engineer visits site at 2pm (day 1)
- Unit is fixed by 10 am (day 2)
The contract includes:-
- Guaranteed Response Times and Best Endeavour Fix at market leading performance levels
- Quality Repairs performed by Manufacturer trained engineers
- All inclusive Parts and Labour (excluding the supply and fitting of printheads)
- Unlimited Telephone Technical Support, customers can call and speak with an engineer at any time during the contract period for assistance
- Loan Equipment on common/large volume equipment is available when repairs are needed in our workshop
- Call Statistics are available on request to monitor service level performance
