Description

This service is available for remote areas of the UK and Ireland and is suited to mission critical Auto ID equipment.

  • Call is logged at 10am (day 1)
  • Engineer visits site at 2pm (day 1)
  • Unit is fixed by 10 am (day 2)

The contract includes:-

  • Guaranteed Response Times and Best Endeavour Fix at market leading performance levels
  • Quality Repairs performed by Manufacturer trained engineers
  • All inclusive Parts and Labour (excluding the supply and fitting of printheads)
  • Unlimited Telephone Technical Support, customers can call and speak with an engineer at any time during the contract period for assistance
  • Loan Equipment on common/large volume equipment is available when repairs are needed in our workshop
  • Call Statistics are available on request to monitor service level performance
