TimeView is a dynamic and flexible new Time and Attendance management suite compatible for Windows XP, Windows 7 & Windows 8 operating systems.
The time and attendance controller has many flexible options for recording Clock In and Clock Out times as employees can use either contactless proximity cards (NFC), barcodes, pin code input or even fingerprint recognition.
TimeView is a scalable solution and so is suitable for any size business. The system can be set up with a single controller connected to one PC acting as the server or it can accommodate multiple devices at various locations on a single site connected over a LAN via Ethernet or over wireless. The SQL based server application allows multiple users on the network to view important information relating to staff attendances and site visitors within the workplace and any historical data can be viewed and printed easily using the in built reporting section and filtered accordingly to suit personal needs.
There is also an option to run the time and attendance controller as a completely standalone system with recorded data retained within the hardware memory or SD card for retrieval making it ideal for recruitment companies and work agencies providing a third party workforce to employers.
